本协议的起草参考了GPL v2.0开源协议的格式,但是我们注重的是对hosts文件的保护

复制,修改,分发的条件和条款
1.禁止修改原作者信息以及协议声明
2.禁止修改hosts文件中的格式,例如:
①一个域名对应一个IP(单域名解析)
1.1.1.1 adc.com
1.1.1.2 zzz.adc.com
②一个IP对应多个域名(泛解析)
1.1.1.1 abc.com
1.1.1.1 zzz.abc.com
只要符合以上例子中任何一种或者作者自行声明,皆不可修改
3.禁止将hosts文件用于任何商业行为,包括但不限于捐赠,广告,直接收费
4.您必须在相同平台fork原项目后才能进行再发行,并且不允许转移至其他平台

免责声明
1.由于服务器单方面问题造成的损失,hosts作者不负法律责任
2.如果使用反向代理服务器、端口转发服务器或者任何非官方服务器,请作者提前声明并且同免责声明1
3.fork原项目后修改的内容,原项目不负责任

最终解释权由Hosts license编写组所有

Here are some suggested ways:

 - Email the authors a thank-you letter, and make friends with him/her/them.
 - Report bugs or issues.
 - Tell friends what a wonderful project this is.
 - And, sure, you can just express thanks in your mind without telling the world.

Contributors of this project by forking have the option to add his/her name and
forked project url at copyright and project url sections, but shall not delete
or modify anything else in these two sections.
